⑴申请者可登录孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.***），注册、在线填写、提交《孔子学院申请表》，并附上有关证明材料的电子扫描件。
⑵请申请者随时关注申请状态，确保申请材料及联系方式完整、真实、可信。
⑶汉办集中评审，择优资助，于入学前2个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
⑷评审结果将由汉办通知我校和推荐机构，并由推荐机构通知申请者本人。
⑸我校与学生确认留学意向后，将《录取通知书》及《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202Form）等入学材料寄至申请人的推荐机构。

⑵Thecontactinformationanddocumentsprovidedbytheapplicantsshouldbecomplete,trueandaccurate.
⑶Hanbanwillconductanoverallassessmentofallapplicationsandadmitapplicantsonthebasisofcompetitiveselectiontwomonthsbeforetheadmissiondate.
⑷TheadmissionresultswillbeinformedtoTianjinUniversityofTechnologyandtherecommendinginstitutesbyHanban.Theapplicantwillbeinformedbyhis/herrecommendinginstitute.
⑸TianjinUniversityofTechnologywillposttheAdmissionLetterandVisaApplicationFormforForeignertoStudyinChina(JW202From)andotherrelevantdocumentstotherecommendinginstitutesafterconfirmingwiththeselectedcandidates.
